“During the meeting, the Pope invited us to freely express our concerns and even our criticisms. He stressed that he likes a very free conversation.

Some bishops were able to raise concerns about the life of the Church in our days. For example, the issue of Communion for divorced and civilly “remarried” Catholics; the issue of Communion for Protestant spouses in mixed marriages; and the issue of the practical spread of homosexuality in the Church. These points were discussed.

Then I also asked the Holy Father to clarify the statement in the Abu Dhabi document on the diversity of religions being “willed” by God.

The Pope was very benevolent in his response to our questions and sought to answer us from his own perspective on these problems. He answered in a more general way about principles of the Catholic Faith, but in the given circumstances we were not able to go into detail on the specific issues. Even so, I am very thankful to the Holy Father that he gave us the possibility in a very serene atmosphere to raise several concerns and to speak with him.”

“For readers who may not be familiar with the distinction between the permissive and positive will of God, can you give some examples of other things that God allows through his permissive will?

Yes, permissive will means that God allows certain things. God allowed or permitted Adam’s sin and all its consequences; and even when we personally sin, in some sense God permits this or tolerates this. But God does not positively will our sin. He permits it in view of the infinitely meritorious sacrifice of Our Lord Jesus Christ on the Cross, and because he does not want to destroy our freedom. This is the meaning of the permissive will of God.”

“Some bishops are homosexual themselves and have a vested interest in covering up homosexual predation plaguing the Church today.

Some bishops are liberal — meaning they’ve lost supernatural faith — and want to normalize homosexual acts much the same as liberal prelates wanted to normalize contraceptive sex between married couples in the 1960s.

Some bishops, aware of the powerful homosexual network acting in tandem with such liberal prelates in the Church, are cowards, keeping silent so they don’t have to fight these Judases.”

Athanasius Schneider, O.R.C.
Auxiliary Bishop of Astana, Kazakhstan

Recorded 26 May 2018 at the pilgrimage of the
“National Association of Catholic Families”
to Walsingham, England, a few hours before the
official outcome of the Irish referendum on abortion.

BLOGGERS NOTE:  This Catholic Blogger must speak up with Bishop Athanasius Schneider.  This Catholic laywoman says that we will all appear before God for this moment.  He will judge us for what we did or didn’t do.  May God have mercy on all of us on that historical day of the Second Coming. As Catholic you can never condone abortion. Never ever! Ireland has lost ground to the dark forces.  I saved the best comment for last: Our Lord has been struck again by the lash and suffers humanity and her sin.

“At one point, the prelate said, “As soldiers of Christ every Catholic should be always conscious of the fact that he belongs to the army of the winners, because Christus vincit, and as St. John Chrysostom concisely formulated: ‘It is easier to delete the sun, than to destroy the Church.'”

The bishop emphasized, “The Christian duty to fight against the sin, the errors and the temptations of the world, includes also the fight against the errors inside the Church, i.e. the fight against heresy and ambiguity in doctrine.”

Bishop Schneider cited a third century Church document known as Epistola Clementis ad Jacobem, Latin for “Clement’s Epistle to Jacob”:

Consider this fairly with me: When has Christ need of your aid? Now, when the wicked one has sworn war against His bride; or in the time to come, when He shall reign victorious, having no need of further help? Is it not evident to anyone who has even the least understanding, that it is now? Therefore, with all good will hasten in the time of the present necessity to do battle on the side of this good King, whose character it is to give great rewards after victory.

Elsewhere during the speech, Bp. Schneider said, “The Word of God teaches us: ‘Fight the good fight of faith; lay hold on eternal life whereunto thou art called’ (1 Tim. 6:12). The Christian life is indeed a warfare.”

The Church and the world do urgently need intrepid and candid witnesses of the whole truth of the commandment and of the will of God, of the whole truth of Christ’s words on marriage. Modern clerical Pharisees and Scribes, those bishops and cardinals who throw grains of incense to the neo-pagan idols of gender ideology and concubinage, will not convince anyone to either believe in Christ or to be ready to offer their lives for Christ – said + Athanasius Schneider, Auxiliary Bishop of the Archdiocese of Saint Mary in Astana, Kazakhstan in interview with Izabella Parowicz.
