Francis claims his critics use “rigid ideology” to mask their own moral failings.

Archbishop Vigano tells Robert Moynihan that the plot to destroy the Church is Freemasonic.

Prestigious priests, Italian journalists and activists speak out against Francis.

Cardinal Burke and Bishop Schneider call for prayer and fasting during the run-up to the Amazon Synod against its ‘six heresies”.

Michael Matt and other Traditional Catholics to go to Rome on the eve of the Amazon Synod.

  • #ToHellwithVaticanII
    #UniteTheClans
As Cardinals Burke and Brandmüller send letters to the College of Cardinals, warning that apostasy threatens to find its way into the tribal socialist Pan-Amazonian Synod in Rome next month, Michael J. Matt explains how October’s Synod of Bishops is on a trajectory set a half-century ago at the Second Vatican Council.
  • Matteo Salvini was pushed out of power in Italy last week, thanks largely to a Vatican-backed initiative to undermine the rosary-kissing Catholic populist who frequently called on Our Lady and the patron saints of Europe to protect Italy’s sovereignty, soul and borders. Was Salvini too Catholic for the Vatican?
  • Pope Francis says that, since God wills all religions to coexist, what He expects from us is a…. brotherhood of man? So, John Lennon was right? The Freemasons were right? George Soros is right?
  • Finally, hot off the “Unite the Clans” debate of last week’s “Editor’s Desk”, Michael calls for yet another hashtag. This time it’s #ToHellWithVaticanII
  • To hell, not with the people responsible, as only God knows their hearts and so they are His to judge. Not necessarily to hell with all 16 documents, which nobody reads anyway. But to hell with the diabolical EVENT of Vatican II — its legacy of revolution, its fundamental rupture with Tradition, and its evil spirit which has decimated the Church, wrecked the Roman Rite, left the faith of hundreds of millions in shambles, and paved the way for outrages such as the Sham-Is-On Synod.
  • We’ve all been thinking it for years. It’s time to just say it: To hell with Vatican II!

Here’s a sermon many have waited 30 years to hear. Ironically, it comes from a diocesan priest, fighting Modernism right from within the belly of the beast.

In this Sunday Sermon of South Saint Paul, Father explains his own history growing up Catholic, recalling his childhood in the traditional Church and then recounting how the Revolution tore it all apart.

He explains how he eventually rediscovered Tradition, fell in love with the Latin Mass and decided to dedicate his life to Catholic counterrevolution.

In this sermon, he begs all traditional Catholics–especially the SSPX and the FSSP– to unite–not in emotions or feelings–but rather in the Catholic counterrevolution, against the forces of darkness that would destroy everything we all hold sacred.

Think all diocesan priests have sold out to the Novus Ordo? Think again and #UniteTheClans

Unite the Clans – is it just a call for great big ecumenical group hug? Or is there more to it?

Michael J. Matt traces the history of the traditional Catholic movement, especially as relating to the Society of St. Pius X and the Priestly Fraternity of St. Peter, and then asks the question: Despite three decades of bitter intermural squabbling, can we get out of the way long enough to the let the old Faith unite us in battle against those who would crush us all?

Here’s the thing: We don’t have to like each other…but can we go to war together?

As was the case in the American Civil War, the Church in her human element after Vatican II found herself at war with herself—pitting father against son, mother against daughter, bishop against pope. But might there have been good men on both sides?

The Modernist hierarchy of the Church divided us all. Will we stand by and let them conquer us, too?

Thirty years later, what do you think? Where do you stand? Can we unite the clans against a common enemy, or must we let them polarize us forever?

Plus, Michael calls for an end to clericalism, whether Father says it’s okay or not.

Finally, the Catholic Identity Conference. What it’s all about, and how will the Superior General of the SSPX give a talk at the same conference as a prominent priest of the Fraternity of St. Peter?

History is changing, friends. Join us, and let’s watch it happen…together at last.

What’s going to happen to the Catholic priesthood? Are we witnessing the beginning of the end of the visible Church?

With the largest fraternity of traditional Catholic priests in the world recently accused of harboring predators and becoming a safe haven for abusive priests, Michael J. Matt considers the ramifications of weaponizing the clerical abuse crisis.

Should we operate under the presumption of guilt, or do we stand in defense of the right of every priest in the world — Novus, Sede, Trad and Neo-Cath — to have benefit of due process and the rule of law?

Have we learned anything from the case of Cardinal Pell?

Is an accusation the same as a conviction if we happen not to like a particular priest, bishop or society? What happens when all the priests disappear? No Confession, no First Communion, no Last Rites.

Plus, why are there no priests left in the Protestant sects? Michael Matt argues it’s because the purpose of the priesthood — the Sacrifice of the Mass — was removed.

So, what’s happened to the Roman Rite of the Catholic Church? It’s been Protestantized.

Michael J. Matt visits the shrine of Our Lady at Akita in Japan. There he discovers an apparent conspiracy to silence and cover up the apparitions of Our Lady to Sister Agnes Sasagawa back in 1973.

After an 11-year investigation, Bishop John Shorjiro Ito (Nilgata, Japan) approved the miracles that had happened at Akita as well as the messages given to Sr. Agnes, expressing his firm conviction that the message was essentially Our Lady’s attempt to deliver the same message she’d delivered at Fatima which, according Bishop Ito, had been largely ignored.

So, why the continued cover-up of Our Lady’s dire warnings for the world, both at Fatima and Akita? Could it be that the Third Secret of Fatima is essentially the third message of Our Lady of Akita?

Why did the Bishop of Tokyo later dismiss the message of Our Lady of Akita?

What’s going on here, and why are Our Lady’s repeated attempts to save us being frustrated by Modernist bishops and popes of the post-conciliar Catholic Church?

Michael Matt offers some startling insights from Akita, Japan.

Michael Matt teams up with the Oken Rekishi Kenkyukai in Tokyo for a weekend conference on the principles of the French Revolution and how they impact our world still today, 230 years later.

Michael’s talk (simultaneously translated into Japanese) answers the questions: what can Catholics today learn from the French Vendeans who resisted the French Revolution to become the original Traditional Catholics?

What can the remnant of Catholic believers around the world today learn from the “first responders” against the New World Order in the Vendee as well as from “Hidden Christians” of Japan who kept the faith for over 250 years — without the mass and without priests?

This talk had to be presented in strict cooperation with the Japanese simultaneous translator. The Japanese translations were edited out but will be made available when RTV returns from Japan.
