“A new study released last week included new evidence that links and further authenticates two holy relics that millions of Christians believe offer physical proof of the crucifixion, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. But before we explore the research and the relics, let us recall a New Testament passage concerning faith in Christ and the need for physical evidence. I mean the familiar story of “doubting Thomas” (John 20:24–29).”

The Sisters of Life is a contemplative / active religious community of women founded in 1991 by John Cardinal O’Connor for the protection and enhancement of the sacredness of every human life. Like all religious communities, we take the three traditional vows of poverty, chastity and obedience. We also are consecrated under a special, fourth vow to protect and enhance the sacredness of human life.
Reverence and gratitude for the unique and unrepeatable gift of each human life made in the image and likeness of God fuels the prayer of each Sister, our first mission in building the Kingdom of God and the “Culture of Life.” It also provides the starting point for our interactions with others, especially relationships in community between our 80 Sisters (who come from across the United States, Canada, New Zealand, Ireland, Australia and Spain), and in our apostolates.
Inspired by the love of Christ our Spouse, the author of Life, we desire to pour out all our gifts of nature and grace in the apostolate, that nothing of the gift of life, and no one to whom it has been given, should be lost.
Our missions are carried out with the heart of the Church and with the hope of revealing to those we serve the inherent goodness and beauty of their own lives, so that each person may see and experience the truth that they are an unrepeatable creation of the Master.

NOTE:  My site has a few pregnancy crisis centers.  If your in trouble please access my life.  Before you decide to abort please consider the information I have here before you decide to go this route.  You might find that there are a lot more options for you out there. The Servant Brothers of the Home of the Mother have produced this documentary about the life of Saint Maximilian Mary Kolbe, an outstanding Catholic figure of the 20th century.
Kolbe was a man with great apostolic zeal, a precursor in the use of the Mass Media for the transmission of the Gospel and consumed his life with the testimony of love as a martyr of charity in Auschwitz. The source of his zeal was his passionate love for the Mother of God, the Immaculate. In the midst of many exterior difficulties, physically limited by his tuberculosis, he worked passionately for the spread of the Gospel. He was a missionary in Japan, and his publications reached as far as India, China, and even Arabia. He founded a city in Poland called Niepokalanow dedicated to the Blessed Virgin.
Saint Maximilian Mary is an example of generosity in the surrendering of oneself to God and encourages us to foment a tender devotion to Mary. To belong to the Immacualte was his ideal. Greater love has no one than this, that one lay down his life for his friends. We too feel called to announce the Gospel using the social means of communication. We would like to offer the majority of our programs for free so that they may greater serve others in their coming closer to Christ. We have begun this path and we need some help in improving our few technical means. If God calls you to help us economically or donate the technical equipment necessary, please contact us. For the glory of God and the honor of our Lady, the Immaculate One,
Thank you!

The Divine Mercy Chaplet which millions recite today was taught to Saint Faustina Kowalska as an invocation of trust in our Lord. This beautiful EWTN Home Video, shot on location at the National Shrine of The Divine Mercy on Eden Hill in Stockbridge, MA, is the same Chaplet of Divine Mercy recited daily by Mother Angelica and EWTN viewers.

The Divine Mercy Chaplet

The Chaplet itself only takes about 7 – 8 minutes to say not long at all and may be chanted.

Optional Opening Prayers
You expired, Jesus, but the source of life gushed forth for souls, and the ocean of mercy opened up for the whole world. O Fount of Life, unfathomable Divine Mercy, envelop the whole world and empty Yourself out upon us.

O Blood and Water, which gushed forth from the Heart of Jesus as a fountain of Mercy for us, I trust in You!

Our Lord instructed St. Faustina: “You will recite this chaplet on the beads of the rosary in the following manner: First of all you will say one Our Father, one Hail Mary, and one Apostle’s Creed. Then, on the Our Father beads say these words: ‘Eternal Father, I offer Thee the Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity of Thy Most Beloved Son and our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, in atonement for our sins and the sins of the whole world.’

On the Hail Mary beads say the following words:
‘For the sake of His Sorrowful Passion have mercy on us and the whole world.’

In conclusion say THREE TIMES these words:
‘Holy God, Holy Mighty One, Holy Immortal One, have mercy on us and on the whole world.’

The Lord said to St. Faustina (1905-1938):

“Encourage souls to say the Chaplet which I have given you….
Whoever will recite it will receive great mercy at the hour of death….
When they say this chaplet in the presence of the dying,
I will stand between My Father and the dying person,
not as the just Judge but as the Merciful Savior…..

“I promise that the soul that will venerate this image will not perish. I also promise victory over [it’s] enemies already here on earth, especially at the hour of death. I Myself will defend it as My own glory.”

Truth2Freedom's Blog

"There is but one straight course, and that is to seek truth and pursue it steadily" – George Washington letter to Edmund Randolph — 1795. We live in a “post-truth” world. According to the dictionary, “post-truth” means, “relating to or denoting circumstances in which objective facts are less influential in shaping public opinion than appeals to emotion and personal belief.” Simply put, we now live in a culture that seems to value experience and emotion more than truth. Truth will never go away no matter how hard one might wish. Going beyond the MSM idealogical opinion/bias and their low information tabloid reality show news with a distractional superficial focus on entertainment, sensationalism, emotionalism and activist reporting – this blogs goal is to, in some small way, put a plug in the broken dam of truth and save as many as possible from the consequences—temporal and eternal. "The further a society drifts from truth, the more it will hate those who speak it." – George Orwell “There are two ways to be fooled. One is to believe what isn’t true; the other is to refuse to believe what is true.” ― Soren Kierkegaard
